Hello
I ordered an Xbox series X and added it to my monthly bill on 13 June 2024. The bundle came with 24 months of Xbox game pass ultimate and £140 EE GameCard. I received the game card, however, I haven't gotten a code or text to claim the game pass. There's no option for calling to discuss this. How much longer do I have to wait? Who can I talk to?

Hey, I got it resolved. Since it has been over 14 days, I called EE on number 150 and chose the mobile option in the automated machine since none of the options relate to add-on. The lady was able to help me but I told her that if it's the wrong department, she can transfer me to the right one.
All she did was put me on hold then manually sent me the text message to activate my Xbox GamePass. I did it whilst on the call in case it didn't work - but it did.
As for the EE GameCard, I got that automatically through text without calling. But I'm sure you can call and do the same approach as I did if you haven't received the text for the EE GameCard.
If they're not giving you the fix you want, just call again and hope you get another agent on the line. Ask them to just send you the text from their end.

Same with me.after 16 days no game pass ultimate.on day 17 and after 1 hour trying to explain that the Xbox bundle comes with Xbox game pass for 24 months eventually I got I link to activate add on.But pass has been added to the account for an extra 12 pounds at month.

My game pass say one month as well,look at your bill because they added 12 pounds to mine and supposed be included

Here the same.recived the text and code and pin not working.also my Xbox game pass ultimate that supposed be included with X box bundle has been added for a 12 pound monthly charge.
Been calling and texting for weeks but nothing has been sordet.stopped my direct debit and will not pay my bill unless ee wakes up and stop scamming people

Contacting the team directly is definitely the best thing to do to get this resolved.
Please call us back when you have the chance and the team will discuss the next steps. If you are still no further forward, I'd suggest escalating this to a team leader.

I contacted the team several times, as also been given a game team email and was told that they are very good and they respond within hour after 2 emails still waiting after 3 weeks for a reply

I don't see how this problem cannot be solved.I agreed to pay 31 pound at month for next 24 months for the Xbox,the game pass ultimate and the 70pound game card
Got the Xbox but no game card and the game pass has been charged to my bill instead of been included in the 31 pound,and no one seems to have a solution. How this is even possible.Ee don't deliver what with pay for and they .
This is total incompetence and for sure a breach of contract.
