Haven't received my Xbox GamePass activation details

I added an Xbox Bundle to my account. I recieved the console and my £70 game card but no gamepass activation details yet. The ee.co.uk/Xbox is showing nothing to activate. Any suggestions?

I ordered a ps5 on Sunday, i have received email saying it is on way and to look out for emails from ee. I still havent recieved any update.
