Anybody had issues with the ps5 game card not working on checkout? Got mine today with the ps5 bundle, gone to buy some gift cards on the store came up with an error and it’s took the balance off the voucher and I’ve not got my gift cards. Baring in mind they’ve already sent me 5x £50 gift cards to buy a 24month ps plus (which is already part of the bundle). What’s the point sending a game card for PlayStation when you can only buy gift cards which they send out anyway?? I’m now having all this hassle messing with 3rd party company. Absolutely ridiculous from EE

I can only suggest speaking with the customer support team again, to see if they can advise further. Alternatively, you can fill in our complaint form, and a dedicated team will look into it and contact you to discuss it further.

Have you been in touch with our Customer Support team? Did they give you the contact details for the Game Card vendor?

Yes I’ve filled out a form and i have rang third party myself. Absolutely useless just get fobbed off like they dont care. Why can’t you just send me £125 worth of extra gift cards instead of me using a stupid game card to buy them with!!! Youve already sent me 4x gift cards as part of the bundle anyway i dont see the problem. All this hassle im goin through now. Honestly doesnt make sense, come on EE you have loyal customers sort it out.
