Didn’t get a game card with new Xbox and I contacted them they said will take up too 48 hours now it’s been more then 48 hours

Thanks for coming to the community.

The GameCard codes are usually sent by text within 2 working days. If you haven’t received yours after that time, please try texting GameCard to 150.

If it still doesn’t arrive, I’d recommend reaching out to the team, they’ll be able to check the status for you and help get this resolved.

Yeah tried all that Mrs is now trying to call them they take ages to pick up

Dont waste your time on it mate. Ive just got my ps5 bundle with the £125 game card. Went to purchase the playstation gift cards on the ee game store with the voucher code only for it to say there was an error with the transaction and it’s took the balance off the voucher. Ive now got to wait 72hours to hear back from the third party that EE use. Not to mention i recieved my 24 month ps plus via 5x £50 gift cards. They could have just sent me another £125 worh of gift cards I was trying to buy with the game card anyway. Mental if you ask me.
