Hello there,
Due to the issues i have had with the WIFI during my upgrade from BT i have not activated the XBOX game pass. I have tried today and followed everything on the email, agreed to the T&Cs but it does not progress from there and there is no log on to the Microsoft page as the guide suggests. What do i need to do to get this add on please?

Could you try another browser to see if you can progress to the Microsoft page?
Do you have the Xbox Game Pass add-on showing in your EE account?

Tried edge, safari, and google. No luck. Have game pass on account with activate button but does not activate.

i haven't even received instructions on how to activate my game pass ultimate. and i;ve spent nearly 7 hours on the phone with your teams trying to fix this, WHAT IS GOING ON?

Sending a form off to next supervisor to resolve. Don’t hold out much hope. Will probably end up phoning again on Monday!

They have followed the correct process to have it chased for you @Huwmwatts.
When did you speak to the team and they said they were sending the form?
