I've had Game Pass Ultimate as my inclusive extra/add-on for probably a year now, but have decided to swap over to getting 4K Netflix (I use it more and use Game Pass less these days). However, my xbox account still says it's linked to BT/EE, so I can't ever use a code for Game Pass in the future. I've removed the add-on, no longer pay for the add-on, and don't get the add-on, but why is the add-on still hanging around? Can EE remove it, or is it some weird permanent fixture?

It can sometimes take a while for it to unlink after switching. Are you still able to use the Game Pass?

Nope, couldn't use it pretty much the second it got swapped over. I called 150 and asked them to remove it, they said they have done, but still says it's linked on the MS website. Will wait 24 hours and see, otherwise I'll have to call back I guess.
