Hello

I ordered an Xbox series X and added it to my monthly bill on 13 June 2024. The bundle came with 24 months of Xbox game pass ultimate and £140 EE GameCard. I received the game card, however, I haven't gotten a code or text to claim the game pass. There's no option for calling to discuss this. How much longer do I have to wait? Who can I talk to?

Hi it was ordered on 23rd.

i am now aware game card will be 14 days. 

I am trying to sort game pass and I now have the link, I’m putting my number in for a pin but it’s not working. Technical difficulties

I finally got games pass activated but it says it's for 1 month, it's meant to be a year. And I have still not got my game card, texting 150 is useless for that as it doesn't seem to work. I've had this for just over 2 week now.

So, we now have game pass activated, it renews every month I was told, don’t worry.

Game card become active after 14 days, so you can’t spend the money and send the console back .

It's been over 14 days since I ordered the xbox and I still haven't received any text from EE to activate the xbox pass. What's going on? 😞

It’s 14 days for me today. Let’s see what happens, I am guessing I will be on the phone tomorrow.

@JayJayBank @Have you had this resolved? I’ve been on to EE this morning and been advised to send an email. Really frustrating!

Still no luck! Been told to email, no response. 

was informed to text EE GameCard to 150 - no luck

today been advised that’s wrong and I need to text GameCard to 150 (missing out EE) - no luck.

anyone help?
