I had xbox game pass ultimate as an add on, but not anymore. I want to change my subscription but neither EE or Microsoft say they can do this. Any ideas please

It was an add on on a phone contract but it's not an add on now. I want to change down to just the xbox game pass

Are you currently being billed on your EE account for this, or direct with Microsoft?

Hi @Cpallo
If you're paying Microsoft through PayPal, then Microsoft would be the team that'd have access to your subscription information, so we'd need to direct you back to them for any changes you want to make, as EE wouldn't have access to this.
I know it may seem like a simple step, but it could be worth clearing your cookies and cache, just incase your browser history is remembering any out of date information.
