Hi
Recently moved to EE Fibre and have received the EE Not so Smart Hub Plus
Issues I am having are:
1) UpNp is not detected on any device on my network, it is turned on but not being detected or not detecting anything, I have done the whole turn of everything, restart, turn back on etc and it does not work
2) I use Plex and it is not available outside my network, I have port forwarded 32400 and the external Port that has been configured within Plex I have confirmed with EE I am not on a CGNET and my IP is not within the 10's - I have even placed my server within the DMZ and still does not work. With my old router everything worked flawlessly, in addition my console refuses to come off a Moderate NAT despite all efforts to forward ports
What ever I do this router seems to just ignore any setting I modify, aside from a new router does anyone at all have any solutions to this?

I was merely stating that as people my jump to a conclusion that I am in a CGNET that normally being with in 10 IP range

@Huxley777 did you resolve this issue in the end? I've just switched to EE and am having the same issue with Plex.

Welcome to the Community!
Just to be sure, have you followed all of the instructions listed here for setting up the port forwarding rules, and are using the settings recommended by Plex?
