For those of us that use Game Pass Ultimate as our inclusive extra, what’s going to happen now that Game Pass Ultimate is increasing to £22.99 a month?

Hi @asimtahraf @MikeN73

https://ee.co.uk/help/terms-and-conditions/gaming/xbox-game-pass-ultimate

I cannot say for sure but it does say this is a third party service and as per the terms and conditions EE are not responsible for any changes in content or changes. I assume Microsoft will contact you accordingly.

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Thanks for the reply.

I understand it's a 3rd party service, but game pass ultimate is currently valued at £14.99 - I do not pay this as I get it as an inclusive extra on my smart plan.

What were querying, is now that Microsoft has increased it to £22.99pm, how this would effect our inclusive extra - do we still get the ultimate plan for free, or will EE change it so we can get the standard for free and have to pay the extra to upgrade.

I doubt it would go to standard if it did change, more likely to premium or perhaps PC gamepass which is around the same price as £14.99 ultimate

Hopefully they wont change it though, I imagine EE has a deal with Microsoft where they get the codes extremely cheaply

I have the same question.

I signed up to a 2 year, £29 a month add on that is a Meta Quest 3 Headset, and 2 years of Gamepass Ultimate.

Presumably my price just stays the same?

I'd imagine so, Besides the usual price increase on the 31st march thats outlined
