Hi,
I've ordered a PS5 bundle on Black Friday that included 24months of PS Plus Premium. They sent me a 100quid voucher which won't even cover 24 months and now I realized that there is something like "PS5 Digital E Chassis 24m 100 voucher" for 10 quid a month on my bill. So basically something that was offered for free, I received for 240 pounds instead of 100? Do I understand it right?

You certainly shouldn't be getting charged for the voucher if it was part of a package you took @Generick72.
We're not able to see your account and bill here to see what you are being charged for, but if you give our customer service guides a call, they can check this for you.

I'm sorry you haven't received the PS Plus Premium, was the voucher you were given in replacement for this? Was it our customer service team who sent this as a resolution?

No, i understand that the voucher was supposed to cover the price of the premium pass and understanding how companies work nowadays i just left it as that. Too much hassle to be bothered. I will just wait for all my contracts to finish and move on somewhere else. I only wanted to know if i'm being charged for the voucher as well as what it says on my bill?
