I am also unable to access my EE small business profile, and have been unable to do so since becoming an EE 5g hub small business user in October 2024. When will this be possible to do online any time soon?

Yes, they said the EE Small Business profile website is down... but has it been down consistently since October?

I get this as well when trying to access plans/subscriptions https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/error?httpstatus=996 and I always have

I'd recommend reaching back out to the team @tgh1993 and they can give you an update on what is happening, given this is taking longer than we would've liked.
