Account holder

I need to change the account holder of my EE account so that I can upgrade 

EE app stop working and cannot be deleted or updated

Is anyone else struggling with their EE app not working and not allowing it to be deleted all updated?

I have just updated the app on my Huawei Y6 and now i can't log in. I have tried deleting both the cache and the data and have also performed a full uninstall and then install. Every time i put in my password the app restarts and asks me for my email...

Edit: OK, it really was a short-lived glitch. The My EE app is now reporting the correct data allowance. I now return you to your normal programming....----------------------------------------The My EE app said that there were improvements being made...

It does not work online. I cannot gift data via the app or the website. Everytime I call EE i get the same answer - which number would you like to transfer to. There is no comprehension of the fact that having been able to transfer data using the app...
