New EE app bug on mobile phone

I tried to log onto my ee app this afternoon and there was a message saying something like "this app is out of date, update needed " it gave me the option at the bottom of the page to click update so i clicked update,  the app updated and then 2 mess...

i need to change my billing address since i have moved out but whenever i try to change i need a code from a number i don't have access to. is there a way to change my phone number. Please help me
