I was told the problem I have with my EE is a global issue is they any information to see when it will be fixed I keep getting this error

I'm not aware of any current login issues with My EE. Do you see the same error in the app and My EE online?

Yes customer service called me back and they said I’m not the only person with this problem and they waiting for the back office to say when it be fixed

It would be good if we all got a date when this will be fixed it’s getting Annoying and becoming a joke they really need to hurry up and fix this I never seen a company fail a new customer so badly

Ive been trying to log in for the past week too, i wanna see how much im paying, what im behind by and how much data i have. Im using a lot right now i need to keep track but i simply cant. Quite frustrating
