I have a Haewii phone, I have had no problems with the app until I was asked to update it last week, since then it hasn't worked at all, when I press the icon it just takes me back to my phone home page.
I have uninstalled the app, restarted my phone, cleared the cache, reinstalled the app - no luck.
Is anyone else having the same problem?

Does this happen regardless of whether you're connected to mobile data or WiFi?

Hi, yes, I've tried it on both.
I can still access my account via the website but the app was handy!

That's good that you're able to access through the desktop site in the mean time, @Manymummy.
It may be worth speaking to our technical support team about the app.

exactly the same has happened to me. I've just got round to doing something about it. How did you resolve it?
