Hi there,
every time I try to log in to my EE app or online account, it says “error, please try later”. I’m a recently new customer, and have never been able to access either method.

Strange. I'm able to log into either even if they're both reporting incorrect data allowance for my PAYG lines.
If you're a new client, are you sure you actually set up an account on My EE in the first place and added your number to it?
