Poor app experience

I find the app poor constructed. Its just interface for a poor back end. Many places all the app does is open a browser to access information instead of native beeing native. The interface is slow and just experience is not great or clear.

Mobile app internationally

Firstly you make this process stupid difficult.  I’m already logged into your app yet have to re submit my credentials to leave this message(!)Primarily your app doesn’t work internationally, it keeps saying to ‘try later’ so I can’t check data usage...

Cant upgrade

I could get a standard upgrade from the 17th of September but haven't been able to get one the app is useless keeps saying server issue and the website keeps telling me there are no suitable plans I've been with ee for 4 years and never had a problem...

Upgrade not working

The upgrade button has not worked properly for months now. Have tried almost everything. So many people have mentioned it and nothing has been done.
