I keep getting the message "Unfortunately, we couldn't log you in" every time I go onto the shop page. This is happening on different browsers and different devices. Is there some way around this to actually add devices to my package?

Hi @stuartm84.
If this is happening on multiple browsers and devices, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team.
They'll be able to check your account and make sure it's set up correctly.
