Discount codes

Im being advertised 20% off codes through the app, but when I try to get the code by messaging 150 it doesn't do anything. I've been with EE for as long as I can remember so I don't understand why I'd be shown the offers but am not eligible.

Its asking me to add all my other ee accounts but I dont have a phone or broadband so not giving me that option
