Having selected to buy now ps5 in accessories and have it delievered to my local store. Ive tried everything. It seems like it is impossible to buy a ps5 from EE. Its actually outrageous the time i have spent trying to order one. Please someone help me understanding how this works. I have uninstalled the app. Ive changed password updated everything. Called EE spoke to customer service. Guess what? They dont deal with online app. They said I must use the app to order ps5 they cant order it. I said thats fine but it doesnt work.
Now here i am.

@Drewdu Are you a contract customer do EE ? Have you had that contract over 30 days but are still under 17 months of having that contract ? The store you are trying to purchase from is a perk store for being a contract customer of EE and only EE contract customers can use it.

Hi, thanks for your reply. Yes, i am almost finished with a 24 month contract. I cannot get past the checkout to confirm . When I hit the next button it just loads endlessly. -

To be eligible to add accessories to your plan, you would need to be within the first 17 months of the contract.
