It no longer accepts my U.S. credit card for packages

I’ve used my U.S. credit card for years with ee but suddenly it fails when trying to make payment for my mobile broadband package. Yet it works when topping up. I tried adding an EU transferwise credit card but the system won’t accept it. Help! @Everyone

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Hi,

I have a similar problem. I am trying to select subscription pack but on the "Confirm and Pay" page I get the following error:

I think it's a 3D secure issue. I can top up credit as it doesn't require 3D secure.
