I am the account holder

Why is it being the account holder for the last 10 plus years, and the bloody bill payer, you keep telling me when I select a feature on the app, you continue to tell me I am not the account holder and I need permission from the account holder.....

Go to youre online My EE and check that you’re added as the bill payer and user. If you’re not then you need to add yourself . Photos included how to get there thankyou

My EE app ? 

Oppo A94 on the latest Android update,

And my EE account. I log in and look at features 'you are not the account holder' yet I'm 30 and have been for 13 years, and I am the bill payer
