I have recently purchased a SIM through my account for my wife. I have tried to manage my numbers (add her name to the SIM) and keep getting an error message, telling me to try later.
I am trying to gift data from my plan to my wife's and there is no option to gift data. When I try and purchase data for my wife's phone I get an error message, telling me to try later.

Is she on contract or PAYG?

It is a pay monthly contract, both my plan and hers paid through the same bill.
There are no excuses for the systems throwing up the same error messages everyday for the past week.

Have you been able to gift data to her before, @RottyPhil? Are they both on a compatible pay monthly plan? You cannot gift to/from a 'No Frills' plan.
