Resolved! Giving family members access to the EE app

I have recently added 2 additional lines to my account. One for my daughter and one for my wife. Is it possible to give them access to the My EE app so they can view their own data allowance and any additional functions?

I have tried to add data roaming package but it keeps saying failed in the app and online Web page
