How long is soon before its available, or has it been down sometime and we have no idea, normally I would expect a maintenance window that was known.....

@watertower , as has already been mentioned in numerous threads about this, have you made sure that you have the latest updates on your phone? Also have you uninstalled and reinstalled the app from the App Store/ play store? If that is the case, have you cleared your cache? Otherwise ring customer service so that they can reset your account, nothing wrong with the app. You can also log into your account online.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
