Is anyone finding the app so frustratingly flaky? I have my two kids on my account with very little mobile data and I have more data than I need so often gift data but it can take several shutdown and restarts of the app to display what I need to be able to do what I need to. Recently, my eldest was abroad and could not roam because I could not change the minimum spend limit via the app so had to wait until I could call EE. I've checked the version is the latest, cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled several times but still it sometimes stops loading or freezes so I can't click anything. Any further advice?

Are you connected to WiFi when experiencing this issue?
Can you log in and use your My EE account online when this happens?
