I'm trying to do the same thing. My daughter and I are both on PAYG accounts. I don't see "A/C Settings" under my account page. Where can I add her as a second number?

@felciano : In your online MyEE from the Menu click on the "Switch A/c" drop-down & cycle thro' the a/c nos. until you find  the 1 you want, where you can confirm the mobile no. you want from A/c Settings > Manage Numbers.

Thank you @XRaySpeX  and @Christopher_G  that was very helpful. I found the right location in the account settings (per your instructions) and added my daughter's number. However her number doesn't show up; it just shows my number. And when I try to add it again, I get an error that says an account already exists for that number. Any suggestions?

@XRaySpeX I don't see that option under MyEE.

For avoidance of ambiguity, I believe the registration of the second number was not successful. I assume that if it had been successful, then when I back to my account settings and look at "Manage Numbers", I should see 2 phone numbers there, correct? At the moment I still only see one number.

@felciano : Show us an image of your MyEE landing page & its Menu.

No, you only see 1 no. under "Manage Numbers", that of the current "Switch A/c" selected.

Sorry about the very delayed response here, but in case anyone else is struggling with this, the issue seems to have resolved itself with the recent redesign of the My EE page. I can now easily see the two SIM cards registered to my account (my SIM and our daughter's SIM) and top them up independently.

Thank you again @XRaySpeX and @Christopher_G for your help.
