Since setting up our new service and moving to the EE app, I can't log in. Initially I accessed the site via Chrome with no issues then a few days later, couldn't log in. I'm asked for my email address but then just have the green bouncing balls until it times out with "bad request". Downloaded the app and exactly the same experience. However works okay using Firefox (I've had to download especially for EE login).
Cleared cache, history, cookies, etc. on Chrome and reinstalled app but still the same. Tech support call logged last Saturday but absolutely no response from them on it so assume it either wasn't logged or no one really cares as I'm able to get in via Firefox (despite personally not wanting to use this longer term - it did work initially). Android phone.
Is this common? Our experience with switch from My BT to EE isn't great so far and only 10 days in. 😫
