Resolved! EE App not able to log in

I've down loaded the EE App, login, enter the passcode which is texted to me and it just keeps looping round to the login page.  Can anyone help?  Its very annoying not being able to do a simple task

Cannot Download Bills

I cannot download bills when clicking on the download button.  The screen just keeps flashing on and off. Why is this never used to have this problem.
