Can’t view bill

Been on the website many times and now the app, and I’m still unable to view my bill due to Maintenance….a customers right is to be able to do this as I believe I am paying too much but can get into the system to check or get a call back.appears to b...

Well, can’t have a go at me for not being able to pay my bill today so I don’t want any of my services to be stopped because of this 

Resolved! Payment

I have been trying to pay my flexi payment plan on the ee app but everything its says "it cant show this information yet and its their fault and they are working on it"  I have deleted the app and downloaded it again. And its still the same.
