I have an icon on my screen to tell me I have a message but I have turned it off but still the icon remains,I have been in your shop but even they don't know what to do, have tried to ring you but all I get is more messages but no one to speak to ?

When is the ee app hoing to be working it has been offline for weeks

New app

The new app is not an upgrade.It is a pain.   Please return to the previous one.  It was much better.  

EE outages

In OX44 region and have no mobile calling or data.  Been going on for days now.  When will I be credited with a refund?  if it isn’t back on today I may have to switch providers
