If you see one of the below screens or a maintenance screen, which doesn’t allow you to update to the latest version, then head to the Apple and Google Play app stores on your phone to download the update manually.

Never worked. Still can't get into my ee by just using the app. I am having to go to Google and put my ee log in to get in. Which I shouldn't have to do. 😒

i have a huawei p20 pro mt ee app has always worked on my phone into i updates the app last.

All well and good and hopefully to do with 'New EE' but I wanted to check my account, updates should not stop you doing this! I can't login to BT either for some reason since this update.

If you are seeing the above error messages please try going into your App/Google store and updating from there.
Should you then continue to experience issues please be sure to let us know.
