To give you the best My EE app experience possible, we’ve released a new update for your app. This includes some important background enhancements which will further improve your service.

If you see one of the below screens or a maintenance screen, which doesn’t allow you to update to the latest version, then head to the Apple and Google Play app stores on your phone to download the update manually.

Did you delete the app and re-download it?

Can you try deleting the app, then going to your app/play store and redownloading the My EE app.

Am using S20 ultra , had  maintanence screen dloaded from google play and still cant use app. When will app be working?

APP is now not working at all. HaVe gone into Google play to download latest version still getting essential maintenance message. I want to give some data to my husband but now can't do it...when will it be back please
