I have an EE SIM card and a pre-existing my EE account. I called EE to activate the SIM card, and they said they had linked it to my My EE account - but whenever I log in my only possible option is to 'link a device'. Whenever I try this, and then select that I would like to link a SIM to my account, the process fails. I've tried on both mobile and on two different computers. I've also tried just setting up a new My EE account and I run into the exact same problem. Does anyone have any experience with this issue?

@ctilley Have you rejoined EE with this new SIM card ?
