New customer, can’t do a thing

Any new customers here able to advise how long you need to wait before your your account can be correctly initiated?  I am aware this is effecting 1200 plus new customers, but been waiting 2 weeks and still no update?

So the answer is Two weeks, finally after another few calls to 150, an nice man from the Ireland call centre for tech support has sorted it out🙌🙌.  Thanks EE, now to test the network..
