Cant add service to ee account

Hay all I am struggling to add my ee mobile number to my account. Anyone run into the same issue or know what is going on? It just says it can't add at this time try again later but layer same thing..

Reset password

Tried to log in to my account holders account but cannot remember passwordwhen I've tried resetting the password no email is sent to do do so

My EE

Its asking me to register your number, I did this when I first went with EE. When I put it in its says you are not the main holder, clearly I am.
