Gifting Data

Hi, I have not been able to gift data both on the app on the web. It is coming up with an error message. How do I go about it?

Welcome to the community,

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? You will otherwise have to ring customer service to get them to reset your account. 

I would also suggest you clear your cache and see if that makes any difference.
