Why is the app utter dreadful and never works

For prolly the best network in the U.K why is the app so poor and never works 

Issues like these are always when you need to access your account

@-Batman- , this happened to me once, and I tried again a little later and it was fine. What are you wanting to do on the app? You can always log-in to your account via the website.

I left my phone in work and wanted to transfer the esim to my other mobile but guess will have to wait until tomoz to get it back 

Website is also giving a bad gateway 502 on manage mobile
