Is it just me or has the EE app gone nuts?,
I have tried to follow the upgrade, and my own personal message updates, only to get asked time and time again to sign in. Please can you sort this out as I am sure you are losing money. All I wanted to do was to sort my mobile out as I will be going abroad and did not want to pay a fortune.

Are you looking to upgrade your current contract or purchase a roaming add-on for going abroad?
Can you access your upgrade options if you log into your My EE account online through a web browser?
