When I enter my ee app and try to check my accounts it says I’m not the account holder and that I need permission?? I’m the only account holder I’m sure my Apple Watch contract is up but I can’t check nor upgrade

You need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers
