Hi guys, 

 

Hoping someone can help! I'm having trouble logging into myEE app, I enter my email then click next works just fine I enter my password and click log in it loads for a few seconds then just sits on the password screen and doesn't do anything! I've clear storage and cache I've deleted and reinstalled app I've force stopped the app. Nothing seems to be working! I can log into the website just fine!!

Does this happen regardless of whether you connect through WiFi or mobile data?

I was using WiFi it didn't work so I switched to mobile data and it still didn't work!

I suggest having a chat with our technical support team so they can run some tests on our side.
