Confusion over myEE Business plan,2numbers on account,and wrong contract detais

Hello,
I need help understanding my EE Business account.
It shows two mobile numbers, and one of them appears to have this plan:
• Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max
• Business All Rounder Promo SIM ULTD 24M £30
• Start: 10 Jul 2026
• End: 10 Jul 2028
But I have only ever ordered SIM-only plans, never a handset contract. In a chat with EE, I was first told I had previous month details, and later I was told the monthly price was £22.00 until 30 March 2027. So the information does not match.
Could someone please explain:
• why two numbers appear on the same account,
• why a phone model is shown in a SIM-only order,
• which plan is the correct active one,
• why the price is different in chat and in the account,
• and whether the correct contract can be sent to me by email. Thanks🤝
