Is there any way of removing an old account? Apparently it is still linked to my email address. It caused an 012 error when trying to add a watch data plan to my present account. EE CS said it’s not possible to remove it.
I’ve got a data plan set up now but tech level 2 had to do it manually. Other posts say 2 different accounts causes confusion to the automated system.

Call EE CS on 150 and ask them to delete your online profile.
