Hi,
Over the last few years I've transferred several phone accounts away from EE to a business provider. As far as I can see these accounts are all working well, but I have a bill from EE threatening disconnection if I don't settle an outstanding bill. It may be that there's still a phone out there on an old contract, but I can't find out which phone / number / service this relates to.
I can't log into myEE app as I think my account is closed. All I have is an account number and a balance. How can I get to speak to a person who can look this up for me? All the phone routing seems to require me to enter a phone number. I don't even know for sure that the bill relates to a phone.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble getting through to the team about this, and I'm keen to help you to get this sorted. When you call are you able to use one of the numbers you've moved elsewhere, or does this not get you through to the team?
