EE APP not working

I would  like to check my data etc but EE app has been down for a  long time.i also would like to leave EE. My contract ends next month.  

Why wont ny app work cabt view it now for weeks

I've been trying view my bills trying update my phone on the app but its constantly saying they working to improve app.I'm  thinking of giving up soon at this rate

Can I cancel my unlimited data plan and what other data plans are available?
