What is going on with ee I always pay my bill online and gift data on the app now I can’t seem to do this what’s wrong with this app now

So difficult for your customers

I don’t log on much but over the last few months whenever I have needed information it’s just not there .. what is the point if you can’t maintain your services .. oh and we are paying for it!  This is your business!!
