STUPID APP WONT WORK

I brought a new EE sim card yesterday and have (with bloody great difficulty) managed to make an account. I have also topped up the phone and its all working however, whenever i try to link my phone to my account in the app, it says an account holder for this number already exists. Yes the account is mine so why isn't my usage and my data plan showing up in the app. I was on three mobile before and decided to switch to EE because I thought it was more reliable but this is a joke. been trying for half an hour to get my number on my own account and being told no because its already registered to an account which is mine!!!

@Bron00   Sign in to your account you don’t need to link anything as you’ve already created an account so what’s to link.
