I’m looking at upgrading and tried on the site, there is a discounted price but when I click on the phone the price is much more. There is no indication of what combination of phone and airtime would give you the discounted price. For example the iPhone 14 max gives a reduced price of £43.83 but when clicking on it the price is £60+. How do you get the discounted price?

Hi @Claire0,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
Does your discount show separately in the basket when you go to checkout?
