It keeps saying I’m not account holder, but I am

Hi, I’m having problem with the app to EE and they say that they’ve changed site that I am the account holder put on the app designer not 15 old daughter. How do I change it back to me please help .

Any changes made in My EE online should also be reflected in the app.
