Just tried to see my latest bill and pay for it. Unfortunately once again can't view the bill or pay as there is an error message.

@Jahzi80 , have you made sure that you have the latest version of the EE App? You should be able to view the latest bill by clicking on bills and payments.
Are you able to log in to your account via the website?
If neither work, I suggest ringing customer service, who will be able to reset your account.
You could also uninstall the app and reinstall it, this could also solve the problem, make sure that you download it from the App Store or play store.
