When I log in it says I am not the account holder and can’t make any changes to my account, I only have 1 account so how am I not the account holder?

I'm stuck on step 3. It always shows ”Add your online accounts. Manage all your EE online accounts in one place.“   I chose ”EE community“ and complete the details, but my account wasn't registered. What should I do?

"Suggest a feature" leads to a dead end
